Local Groove Report - Sept ‘25

Wowie! The wind-down from summer and transition into fall always hits me different than the other seasonal changes. Maybe it's from all the back to school energy, but it's more likely that summer consistently feels like a sprinted marathon for me in the real estate world. Between all the concerts, birthdays, lake days, camping trips, and local summer festivals that I never want to miss on my social schedule, I'm still diligently strategizing to get my clients into homes and staying on top of the ever evolving market.

Amongst it all, I've been making sure to prioritize time with my family and the folks who've supported me the most. I'm especially grateful to have been able to squeeze in a last minute trip to AZ to visit my sweet Grandparents, who are bravely navigating the transition into a new home together (and I'm so darn proud of them).

Any way you slice it, change can be tough - whether it's a change into a new home or a new season. But change is also when the good stuff happens: growth, love, truth. But, it's the people we hold close to us that matter the most during these seasons of change, for they can help us filter out the crud - the stress, the anxiety, the negative self talk etc.

So, who are you grateful for today and how are you going to tell them?
